1. Credit/Debit card - You can proceed the payment with credit/debit card via 2C2P by filling in information such as name-surname, card number, card expiry date and CVV on 2C2P website then follow the steps

2. Internet banking / Mobile banking / ATM kios - You can proceed the payment with banks via 1-2-3 Sevice by using reference code and complete the payment by Mobile banking (KBANK, SCB, BBL, KTB, BAY, GSB) or pay at the ATM kios (KBANK, SCB, BBL, KTB, BAY) within conditions and expected period of time

3. Counter Service - You can proceed the payment with counter service via 1-2-3 Service. Once you complete the order, you will receive a reference code which you may need to print out and pay at the Counter Service at Boonterm, Big C, Pay@Post, Lotus, CenPay, TMN

The website has 2 main payment methods to choose from:
1. COD
2. 2C2P In the 2C2P service, there are channels for money to be divided into:
2.1 Credit/Debit Card
2.2 Counter Service, ATM/Kiosk, Internet/mobile banking, Web pay/Direct Debit, Promtpay
2.3 Installment

Noted : If the payment fails with a credit or debit card, such as not reaching the OTP entry level, not completing the payment and closing the website first,so the customer must only re-order and complete the payment.

Customers can change their address after placing an order. The address can only be changed if the package has not been sent out of the warehouse. If the package is in the process of being delivered or has already arrived at the destination branch, the address cannot be changed. The address posted on the package will still be the original address that came with the original order.
